Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to develop new products, technologies, or processes.
Design and execute experiments, analyze results, and report findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, quality assurance) to bring products from concept to launch.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform development strategies.
Improve and optimize current products or processes based on feedback, testing, or cost-efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation, including reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions if needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Assist in intellectual property development and patent documentation where applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science).
2+ years of experience in a research or product development role (may vary by seniority).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in lab techniques, data analysis tools, or R&D software (industry-specific).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications (optional):
